With over 20 years in real estate and roots in a family business, Jim Harris has seen firsthand how impactful a home can be—for individuals, families, and the communities we serve. At TradeMark Residential, where the mission is to Love our Neighbors, he helps lead growth across multiple markets and services including leasing, management, renovations, sales, maintenance, and investments. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Jim brings strategic insight to operations and long-term value creation. He has also served as Board Chair of the American Red Cross of North Carolina, as a board member of the Raleigh Chamber, and with Faither Builders Carolinas. Family is a top priority for Jim. He’s grateful for his wife and two daughters, who keep the family busy with school and competitive dance. Together, they enjoy traveling and spending time with their dogs.

Florida born and raised, Kina brings nearly 20 years of experience in Property Management to her role at Trademark Residential. Kina is also a licensed real estate broker. Known for her dedication to both residents and owners, she is committed to providing exceptional service and fostering strong community relationships. Her approach reflects Trademark’s mission to “Love Our Neighbors” through professionalism, compassion, and care. Outside of work, Kina is a proud wife and mother to one son. She enjoys traveling, nurturing her ever-growing plant collection, and finding joy in the little things.

Robert Hodge brings 30 years of experience in multifamily property operations, acquisitions, and capital improvements. He has led major acquisitions, management and project management efforts, including property repositioning and lease-ups of traditional, boutique and mid-rise communities across the Southeast. His goal is to create win-win relationships with property partners who truly care about their local communities. Outside of work, Robert is dedicated to his family. He and his wife homeschool their two youngest sons, and enjoy staying active in their sports and local activities. The Hodges also celebrate the accomplishments of their older children.

John B. (Bo) is the Managing Member and Broker-in-Charge for Capital Investments Realty, LLC, which he founded in 2009. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Real Estate Strategist specializing in investment residential and multi-family properties. He responsibilities include brokerage, buying, selling, property management, property management maintenance and day-to-day operations of the business. Bo sold the Property Management Division of Capital Investments Realty, LLC to TradeMark Residential in 2015.

Bo graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute in 2008 and served on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the American Red Cross. He currently serves on The Caring Community Foundation Board and the NC CCIM Chapter Board of Directors as the President. Bo volunteered over 40 years with Boy Scouts of America, is an Eagle Scout and Vigil in the Order of the Arrow. Bo is an avid tennis player and enjoys playing golf. Bo has been married to Linda for 48 years and have 2 grown sons, Roger, (who is married to Erin, and granddaughter, Beatrice) and Henry, (who is married to Lauren).

Summer Hunt-Goldstein is a licensed real estate agent with a proven track record in both residential sales and property management. Since 2014, she has specialized in managing and selling single-family and multifamily properties, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 500 units, including commercial assets. Known for her keen attention to detail and results-driven approach, Summer consistently maximizes property performance, maintains high occupancy rates, and delivers exceptional service to both clients and tenants. Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Summer is married and a proud mother to a daughter, along with a cat and a goldfish. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, riding scooters around her neighborhood, and traveling with her family.

Cordelia “Cordie” began her real estate journey in the Northeast, where she balanced raising a family with flipping old homes and gaining hands-on experience in the housing market. Prior to real estate, she held positions at several Fortune 500 companies, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations and client service. In 2004, Cordie relocated to Wilmington, NC, obtained her real estate license, and initially focused on sales. Her passion for helping others and creating positive living experiences naturally led her into property management. Since joining Trademark Residential, Cordie has played a key role in expanding the Wilmington portfolio, driven by the company’s core values of commitment, integrity, and service to both property owners and tenants.

Jessica Todd is an experienced Property Manager with over seven years in Residential Property Management. She is dedicated to delivering a high-quality rental experience to both tenants and property owners, always striving to create a positive and supportive living environment. Jessica is a proud mother to a 14-year-old son and 13-year-old twin daughters and has been happily married to her middle school sweetheart for 14 years. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family and taking spontaneous road trips that create lasting memories.

Beverly is a proud Raleigh native with a true passion for her hometown and its vibrant communities. With a deep understanding of the Triangle area’s diverse neighborhoods, she is dedicated to helping clients find a place they’re proud to call home. Beverly joined Trademark in 2023, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in property management. Known as a relationship-builder and change-maker, she has earned a reputation for fostering strong connections with both tenants and owners, always striving to create positive and lasting experiences.

Karen Perez has been serving as Property Manager for Sterling Park Apartments for nearly two years. Although fairly new to the Property Management field, Karen is dedicated to providing exceptional service to both tenants and property owners. Karen is also proficient in managing all aspects of property management, from tenant screening to maintenance and rent collections. Karen is committed to building strong relationships with tenants and ensures tenant satisfaction by resolving issues promptly. She has been successful at maintaining high occupancy rates and minimizing tenant issues. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, going on road trips and loves doing make-overs, nails, and booking facials. Karen strives for excellence, not just success in all aspects of life!

Over the past 5½ years in Property Management, one lesson has always stayed with Areona: you never truly know what someone else is going through. That’s why helping people find a safe and welcoming place to call home means so much to her—it’s a responsibility and a joy she never takes lightly. Above all, she is a mother and a God-fearing woman. Areona carries Psalm 46:5 with her daily, a constant reminder of the strength and purpose that guide both her personal life and professional journey.

She also is gifted with incredible marketing insight and the ability to assist owners in restructuring professional goals through real estate to generate income while operating efficiently. Muyu Akolwa is TradeMark Residential’s Accounting Controller known for his sharp financial acumen and commitment to operational excellence. He brings precision and strategic insight to every aspect of financial management. Outside of the office, Muyu is a proud spouse and the dedicated parent of energetic 3-year-old twins, balancing family life with grace and enthusiasm. A passionate follower of international soccer, he enjoys the global spirit and competitive energy of the sport—especially during World Cup season. Muyu combines professionalism with warmth, making him a valued leader and teammate at TradeMark Residential.

Anthony Aviles Silva is a committed accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial operations. Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at TradeMark Residential, he focuses on maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across a range of financial processes. He holds an Associate of Arts degree with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Wake Tech Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Campbell University. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys staying active through soccer and working out, and spending time at the beach.

Patti Bowden is a professional with 17 years of experience at TradeMark Residential, where she manages financial operations with precision and care. During her tenure, she has held various positions relying on 27 years of property management experience to fully support her colleagues. Prior to working for TradeMark, she spent 12 years in the world of multi-family property management. Outside of work, she’s an animal lover—raising three Corgis and a Labrador Retriever as well as a flock of backyard chickens. She is also a proud grandmother of two delightful grandchildren, Oliver and Lily, who bring endless joy to her life. She lives in Bailey, NC with her husband Jim.

Jeri Ellen Helms is a Raleigh native with a deep appreciation for community, creativity, and connection. A graduate of William Peace University with a B.A. in Psychology, she has a strong background in supporting individuals with disabilities and is passionate about fostering inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen and valued. Outside of work, Jeri Ellen is an active force in local arts and culture. She serves as the Superintendent of the North Carolina State Fair Folk Festival each October, where she helps celebrate the diverse talents and traditions of performers from across the state. Her interests span photography, music, theater, and all things pop culture — from indie films to iconic TV shows. Whether she’s exploring local events or catching the latest cultural trend, Jeri Ellen brings energy, empathy, and curiosity to everything she does. At home, she enjoys life with her two cats and a dog — her constant companions and the occasional stars of her photo feed.

Kim Torres was born in the Philippines and spent her early years traveling between the D.C. area and various countries due to her father’s work. She began her career in 1986 with CMS Property Management, working in a variety of roles before ultimately supporting leasing and contractor coordination in the office. On January 1, 2005, Kim joined V.G. Murray & Co., where she continued to grow her knowledge and experience in property management. Most recently, she became part of the Trademark Residential team on July 1, 2024, where she is thriving, enjoying the people, and embracing every opportunity to learn. Kim has always found joy in helping others and believes that every problem has a solution—or at the very least, a way to make it better. Outside of work, Kim is a proud wife, mother to two wonderful daughters, mother-in-law to a great son-in-law, and grandmother to two energetic grandsons. She enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends, exploring new places, and occasionally joining in on various sporting activities.
