Debra Thomas

Debra Thomas is a Senior Property Manager with TradeMark Residential. She joined our team in 2013 as an administrative assistant, quickly taking the role of Property Manager in April 2014, and obtaining her Real Estate License in 2016. Debra has a unique portfolio consisting of several smaller communities and many individually owned homes throughout the Triangle.  She and her 3 children moved from Kansas City, Missouri in 2010 to enjoy life closer to the coast….which is a passion for her.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, furr babies, and trips to the beach whenever she has a free minute.
