Pete Helton

Pete is a highly seasoned capital project manager with over two decades of working in both the onsite maintenance field as well as at the corporate level. With his prior property management background he was responsible for overseeing capital projects on 27 communities, completing 10 year capital budgets, as well as managing ongoing projects and completing due diligence for all new acquisitions within his portfolio. With TradeMark Residential, Pete has worked with both the scattered site maintenance team to identify inefficiencies and put in place processes that will make their day to day operations run more smoothly. He has worked with TradeMark Residential since 2008 performing duties such as due diligence inspections, replacement schedules, preparation of scopes of work and contract supervision.
