Laura joined TradeMark Residential in 2021 as a strategic advisor in all human resource functions and brings more than 20 years of experience in business leadership and human resources, working for small start-ups to large matrixed organizations, in industries including medical, pharma, real estate, e-commerce and retail.

She has managed all functions within the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition, benefits management, policy development and administration, employee relations and investigations, performance management and leadership training and development.

Laura is a lifelong learner
