Sonji Kellam serves as the Property Manager for TradeMark Residential, operating out of Raleigh, NC. With an impressive tenure of over 25 years in the industry, Sonji’s expertise is unparalleled. She has managed a diverse range of assets and is a treasure trove of knowledge in multifamily management.
Currently, Sonji oversees the daily operations of the onsite management and maintenance teams at Magnolia Heights, located in Charlotte, NC. Her responsibilities span from assisting residents and vendors to spearheading renovations.
Her journey in the real estate sector has seen her don many hats. Sonji has been a Director of Lease-up for new construction developments and an Operations Manager for renovations. She has played a pivotal role in identifying best practices and procedures for on-site teams and has provided executive-level support and oversight for clients. As a Regional Manager, she focused on employee training, development, and imbibing company culture and values.
Sonji’s dedication is evident in her approach. She thrives on challenges, believes in taking ownership, and is a staunch advocate of teamwork. Her leadership in compliance ensures that site inspections adhere to state and city ordinances.
Throughout her illustrious career, Sonji has been lauded for her achievements. Her outgoing personality, exceptional people skills, and ability to cultivate effective teams have consistently translated to favorable bottom-line numbers.
Education & Certifications:
Sonji holds a BS Degree in Business Administration. Further enhancing her credentials, she has earned the CAPS Designation and holds an SC Real Estate PM license.
